Cookie Policy

Effective date: 1 October 2026 · Last updated: 1 October 2026

Necessary storage

Orix may use HTTP cookies and browser storage required for authentication, security, session continuity and core workspace functions. Necessary storage is not used to create advertising profiles.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics is disabled by default. Orix creates an analytics session and records optional analytics only after the user affirmatively selects “Allow analytics”. Before that choice, Orix does not create an analytics identifier or send optional visitor analytics events.

What analytics may contain

When enabled, analytics may include pages viewed, clicks, device/browser category, regional visit information supplied by the hosting platform and referrer information. Analytics is used to understand product usage and improve the service, not to sell personal information.

Managing choices

You can choose “necessary only” or allow optional analytics in the consent banner. Clearing browser storage may show the banner again. Browser and device settings can also be used to manage site permissions.

Third-party technologies

Payment and authentication providers may use their own cookies or technologies under their own notices when you use those services. Orix does not control the independent policies of those providers.
