Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 1 October 2026 · Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Cancellation

Supplier: AlphaMarkex LLP · C/O Ravi Prakash Srivastava, 1429/1, Oro Dental Clinic, Mahuwaria, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh 231001, India · GSTIN: 09ACMFA9676Q1Z5.

The Founder can request cancellation from the Orix subscription controls. Unless the checkout or payment provider states otherwise, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing cycle. A cancellation request does not automatically create a refund for the unused portion of an active cycle.

2. Renewal

Subscriptions renew according to the plan and payment-provider mandate accepted at checkout. If a renewal payment fails, access may be restricted after reasonable retry/notice procedures.

3. Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted to support@orixhq.com with the organisation name, invoice/payment reference and reason. Orix will assess the request under the plan terms, payment-provider rules and applicable law. Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method or another lawful method communicated by Orix.

4. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, report it promptly with the payment reference. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.

5. Promotional and coupon purchases

Coupons and promotional discounts are subject to their displayed eligibility rules, redemption limits, validity dates and terms. A coupon does not create a separate cash value unless required by applicable law.

6. Taxes

GST and other applicable taxes are handled according to the tax treatment shown at checkout and on the applicable invoice. Any tax adjustment on a refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits a consumer or customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a mandatory statutory refund, cancellation or remedy applies, that requirement will prevail.

8. Data after cancellation

After cancellation, account and organisation data may remain available for the applicable retention period so that Orix can provide account history, resolve disputes, maintain security and satisfy tax/accounting or other legal requirements. Data that is no longer required should be deleted or anonymised.

9. Contact and grievance

For billing disputes, cancellation or consumer grievances, contact support@orixhq.com. Include your invoice/payment reference so the request can be tracked.
