Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 1 October 2026 · Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Contracting party and acceptance

Orix is operated by AlphaMarkex LLP. Legal supplier details: AlphaMarkex LLP, C/O Ravi Prakash Srivastava, 1429/1, Oro Dental Clinic, Mahuwaria, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh 231001, India. GSTIN: 09ACMFA9676Q1Z5. By creating or using an Orix account, the organisation and its authorised users agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and applicable product policies. If you use Orix for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts and security

Organisations are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, assigning appropriate permissions and promptly disabling access for people who leave the organisation. Each internal account must be used only by its assigned user. Orix may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.

3. Roles and access

Orix uses role-based access. Founder, Manager, Employee and Client portal permissions differ by module. Customers are responsible for configuring access appropriately. Orix does not guarantee that a customer configuration will satisfy every employment, privacy or sector-specific obligation.

4. Plans and pricing

Current India plans are ₹199/month for Basic (up to 2 admin/founder seats and 10 employee/manager seats) and ₹999/month for Growth (up to 4 admin/founder seats and 50 employee/manager seats), subject to the plan shown at checkout. Client portal accounts are not counted as paid internal seats. Prices are exclusive of GST unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Orix may change future pricing with appropriate notice; an already-paid billing period is not retroactively repriced.

5. Billing and payment

India subscriptions are processed through the enabled payment provider. Payment credentials are handled by the provider and are not intentionally stored by Orix. A successful payment does not waive statutory tax, invoice or consumer rights. Failed payments, retries, suspension and renewal are handled according to the checkout and payment-provider flow.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation is available to the Founder through the account controls and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless the applicable provider flow states otherwise. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the checkout disclosure and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Customer content and personal data

Customers remain responsible for content they upload and for having a lawful basis and required notices/permissions for personal data they place in Orix. Orix processes such data to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. Customers should not upload unnecessary sensitive identity information.

8. Employee location and activity features

Where enabled by a customer, Orix may process work-location and work-activity information. The customer is responsible for giving affected people appropriate notice, configuring lawful purposes, limiting access and complying with applicable employment and privacy requirements. Permission to access device location does not itself activate Orix location sharing.

9. Prohibited use

Users must not bypass access controls, access another organisation's data, misuse credentials, upload malware, interfere with the service, commit fraud, infringe rights, or use Orix for unlawful purposes.

10. Availability and changes

Orix may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, product changes or legal requirements. The service is provided on an as-available basis subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

11. Intellectual property

Orix software, branding, interface and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customers retain rights in their uploaded content, subject to the limited permissions needed to provide the service.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orix is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. Mandatory consumer, data-protection and other statutory rights remain unaffected. Any agreed jurisdiction or venue will be stated in the applicable commercial agreement or invoice documentation.

14. Contact and grievances

For support, privacy requests or consumer grievances, contact support@orixhq.com. Orix will maintain a complaint record and handle grievances within the timelines required by applicable law.
